Returns and Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we will make it right. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of arrival at shop@cherrybell.net with: 1. Your order number 2. A photo of the item 3. A brief description of the issue We will send a replacement at no cost to you (we cover round-trip shipping), or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. BUYER-INITIATED RETURNS If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused items within 10 days of arrival. Please note: - The item must be in original condition with original packaging. - We refund the product price, excluding original shipping costs. - Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. - Please contact us first to receive return instructions. ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN - Items returned more than 10 days after arrival - Opened or used items (except defective items) - Items showing wear, dirt, or damage caused after delivery - Discounted, sale, or promotional items - Custom or made-to-order items HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED Credit card payments: We cancel the original charge. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer. PayPal / Other: Refund processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days. EXCHANGES To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. The original item must be returned unused, and any price difference will be settled by email. QUESTIONS?
