We ship every order worldwide for free, directly from Japan.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
United States: 7-14 business days
Canada, UK, EU, Australia: 7-14 business days
Asia (excluding Japan): 5-10 business days
Other regions: 10-21 business days
All orders ship from Japan via tracked international air mail (typically Japan Post EMS or DHL). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. For handcrafted items that require additional preparation, we will notify you of any extended processing time.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Most countries do not charge customs duties on goods under $200 USD. For higher-value orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country.
For US customers: Most personal-use orders under $800 USD enter the United States duty-free under the de minimis rule.
For EU customers: Orders into the EU are subject to VAT and may be subject to customs duties depending on the order value and country.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or within 7 days of arrival for damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your shipment on the carrier website.
